SyncSquared provides printer maintenance, repair, installation, managed print services, printer leasing, and business printing solutions (collectively, the "Services").

The specific scope, duration, and pricing of Services are set out in each service agreement, quote, or statement of work issued to you.

Quotes issued by SyncSquared are valid for the period stated on the quote and are based on the information provided by you at the time of inquiry.

Final pricing may be adjusted following a comprehensive fleet audit or when the actual scope of work differs from the information originally provided.

All prices are stated in the currency indicated on the quote, and may be subject to applicable taxes and duties.

Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and methods, will be specified in the applicable agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of Services until outstanding amounts are settled.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for us to deliver the Services, including access to your premises and equipment as reasonably required.

You are responsible for ensuring that your premises comply with applicable health, safety, and security requirements, and for maintaining a safe working environment for our personnel.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We will use reasonable efforts to schedule services at mutually agreed times. Response and resolution times depend on the service tier you select.

We may need access to your equipment and facilities to perform services. Delays in providing access may affect response times and service levels.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SyncSquared or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our website or materials without our prior written consent.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services and to use such information only for the purposes of the Services.

These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of these Terms.

We perform Services with reasonable care and skill using qualified personnel and quality materials and parts.

Except as expressly provided, our Services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SyncSquared shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any Services or these Terms shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the termination provisions set out in the applicable agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or engage in conduct that violates applicable law or jeopardizes our operations.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business, or legal requirements.

The latest version of these Terms will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our website or Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute informally through good-faith negotiations before resorting to formal proceedings.
